President Corazon “Cory” C. Aquino National High School proudly took part in the Region-Wide School Monitoring for the Opening of Classes for School Year 2026-2027 on June 8, 2026. The monitoring activity served as an important initiative to assess and ensure the readiness of schools in delivering quality education and providing a safe, organized, and learner-friendly environment at the start of the academic year.
The visit highlighted the school’s preparedness in terms of facilities, learning resources, school operations, and support systems for learners and personnel. It also reaffirmed the school’s commitment to upholding educational standards and ensuring that all students are provided with a conducive environment that supports meaningful learning experiences.
Leading the monitoring activity were members of the Regional Monitoring Team, headed by Dr. Jingle A. Lim, Regional Education Program Supervisor (EPS), FTAD, and Mr. Sherwin C. Mamaril, Regional EPS in Filipino. Their visit forms part of the region’s continuing efforts to monitor the implementation of programs and initiatives geared toward a smooth and successful opening of classes across schools.
The school was likewise monitored by the Schools Division Office (SDO) Pasay Monitoring Team, composed of Mrs. Evelyn R. Ramos, Public Schools District Supervisor (Cluster 10), Ms. Maria Graziella F. Paleracio, Education Specialist II for Monitoring and Evaluation, Mrs. Rowela R. Cadayona, Education Program Supervisor in Filipino, and Mrs. Fatima P. Fajardo, Senior Education Program Specialist for Monitoring and Evaluation. Their presence provided valuable guidance and support in ensuring that school operations align with the standards and expectations set by the Department of Education.
Throughout the monitoring activity, the school’s administrators, teachers, and personnel demonstrated their dedication and collective efforts in preparing for the opening of classes. The activity also provided an opportunity to showcase the initiatives undertaken by the school to ensure the welfare, safety, and academic success of its learners.
