PCCCANHS started its early registration virtually for school year 2021-2022 on March 26 and will end on April 30 of this year also. The month-long activity is initiated and headed by our PSDS/OIC-Principal Dr. Efren E. Canzana to ensure that incoming learners are registered for the school year and to help the school better prepare for possible issues and concerns that may arise.
Since the school cannot do in-person registration, Dr. Efren E. Canzana decided to do it on-line. The school has prepared the following like tarp display, social media informative campaign , design electronic links for the registrants and use of the school website and other online platforms. They collaborated with the SDO and coordinated with the concerned individuals to help the school disseminate information for fast and easy registration.
Based on DepEd memo, this early registration aims to identify and register out of school youth and children who may be identified as living with the right of all school-aged learners to enroll and be equally provided with quality, accessible, relevant, and liberating basic education. All incoming grades 7 and 11 in our catchment areas including transferees, ALS and those who will enrol in OHSP are the target clienteles
to be pre -registered to allow the school make necessary preparations and incoming plans for the coming school year.Hyperlinks for grades 8 to 10 and 12 were given for them to pre-register in this month-long activity . As of 11:14 in the morning of first day, 37 total registered learners were recorded.
Since early registration is mandatory, all concerned personnel were mobilized and organized for the on-line implementation of early registration in the school following the IATF guidelines and health protocols.
