The teacher-librarian of the school, Erlinda M. Alligonero and LR focal person, Biverly A. Teñoso received an ON- THE- SPOT (OTS) Award on February 27, 2023 at the office of the school principal. These two recipients made a remarkable performance on February 23, 2023 during the regional and division monitoring of learning resource center of the school. The effort was commendable which deserves to be recognized like giving instant rewards.
Spot awards are a form of employee recognition where you recognize exemplary performance of behavior as and when it happens. The main purpose of spot awards is to let teachers know that you have noticed their efforts. At the same time, it reinforces the values that are important to the school.
