As Jim Rohn stated  that the challenge of leadership  is to be strong, but not rude; be kind,but not weak; be bold, but not bully; be thoughtful, but not lazy; be humble, but not timid; be proud, but not arrogant; have humor, but without folly  is simply coined  that leaders need to be balance in all aspects because for every position equate great responsibilities.  In this light,  all student leaders were  gathered for the induction of club officers in order for them to start  realizing the objectives of their clubs. The club advisers are the following:  English Club-Mrs. Maria Elena de Ocampo, Filipino Club-Ms. Joy Tumabiao, Math Club-Ms. Jacquelyn Moreno, Science Club-Ms. Levite , Araling Panlipunan Club- Ms. Zaina M. Patterson and Mrs. Alma R. Bitanghol, KP_ESP Club-Ms. Aira Rodil, T.L.E. Club- Ms. Malou Allego, M.A.P.E.H. Club- Ms. Junbeth Santos,Yes O- Ms Jenelyn Belen, Red Cross- Mr. Israel Guese, Boy Scouts of the Philippines-Mr. Bryan S. Balao, Mrs. Lorena N, Balao-Girl Scouts of the Philippines, Supreme Student Government, Corazonians Integrity Crusaders and Bibliothe’que Club-Mrs. Erlinda M. Aligonero.

     The creation of committees were created to ensure a free-stressed event. The committees were the following: Stage Decoration-M.A.P.E.H. Club, Program and Invitation- English Club and Yes-O, Documentation-SSG, Certificates-B.S.P., G.S.P., Araling panlipunan Club, Filipino Club, KP-SEP Club, Accommodation-Math Club, Red Cross, Science Club, C.I.C.,S.S.G., Banner- KP-SEP, Sound System- Bibliothe’que Club ,Food-T.L.E. Club officers were asked to pay 30.00php to cover all the expenses like certificates and food.

      July 6,2018 marked as red calendar day for the club officers. At exactly 1:30 p.m. the special event made for the young leaders started. The first part  of the program was the presentation of all clubs done by each club advisers. Prayer was delivered by KP-SEP Club and it was followed by nationalistic song led by Mrs. Junbeth Santos. Ms Vanessa Binayas-Master Teacher, delivered her opening remarks  as she pointed the important roles of leaders. Special number gave a hype experience to the students.  Induction of club advisers and officers highlighted the program as Ms. Vanessa Binayas served as the inducting officer. Mrs. Rotella R.Publico- Master Teacher delivered her closing remarks . She gave emphasis on the importance of discipline.  She made mention that there’s a strong need to help the school in spreading discipline among students for the betterment of every individual. The masters of ceremonies were Bhebie Ruth Alba and Jamaica Sarsonas.

      The students from PM session witnessed this momentous event though they were not that cooperative in terms of disciplining themselves in observing silence while the program was in progress. This kind of behavior may be considered as one of the challenges to all the leaders as well as to all the advisers. Nonetheless, to be of service with no reservations should be the top concern of all the leaders in order to live to the ideals of our dear Alma Mater. As Harold S. Geneen inspired that Leadership is practiced not so much in words as in attitude and in actions, may the passion to serve be in the hearts of the young Corazonian leaders.
